Audrey Peppers

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has worked my entire career in family and child serving systems: public school, early childhood, transitional housing for women and children, care coordination, and crisis and community mental health. l believe people are the best solutions to their problems and with the proper supports, individuals can accomplish anything. I am comfortable with treating a host of mental health challenges: including sexual and emotional traumas, mood and depression disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, divorce, attention deficits and grief and loss.

I am eclectic counselor who is always excited to engage individuals and their support systems in traditional and non-traditional counseling services as I believe it facilitates the long-lasting changes they are seeking in their lives. I have advanced training in Play Therapy, Sand Play Therapy, Adolescent Treatment, Domestic Violence and Parenting. Nevertheless, I use Cognitive Behavioral, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and other existential therapies to meet clients’ therapeutic needs.

I’ve always loved working with children and families and I am comfortable working with individuals of all ages: adults, adolescents and children. Although, I specialize in child and adolescent trauma and learning issues, I also work with individuals and couples to identify their emotional needs and support them in finding creative ways to meet each other’s needs. An unconditional, supportive partnership is a key ingredient in treatment and I’ve seen individuals soar as a result.

Audrey practices at our Savoy location.
