I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the therapeutic process and is key to growth and healing. I work hard to build a trusting relationship where my clients feel deeply seen, heard, and valued. I will honor your individuality and work collaboratively with you (or your child) to help you attain your goals for healing, change, and growth. My areas of focus include children, adolescents, and young adults diagnosed with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ODD, Trauma, and IEP/504 consultation. I use a variety of modalities, including CBT, TF-CBT, and DBT/Mindfulness therapies. I am LGBTQ+ and gender affirming.
I strive to create a culturally responsive, affirming, and inclusive healing space. I rely on person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, anti-racist and social-justice frameworks. I have advanced training supporting youth, families, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as people who have experienced both interpersonal and community-based trauma and violence.
