
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or the pressures of school and young adulthood. You don’t have to navigate those challenges alone.
Before joining Keri Powell Therapy, I worked as a high school counselor, where I developed a passion for helping teens and young adults through life’s most difficult seasons. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can build practical coping skills, gain confidence, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
