My background in education has shaped my understanding of development, learning styles, and the importance of creating supportive, structured environments where individuals feel seen and valued. I enjoy working with individuals across all age groups and am committed to meeting each person where they are. Currently, I’m furthering my training to specialize in supporting women as they navigate experiences such as conception, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, and the prenatal, postpartum, and broader perinatal journey.
My approach is grounded in creating a safe, accepting, and trusting space where individuals feel empowered to explore their experiences and work toward their goals. While I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, I am particularly influenced by Cognitive Behvioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, strengths-based approaches, and play therapy techniques. I believe that when people feel genuinely supported and understood, they are better able to grow, heal, and move toward the life they envision for themselves.
