I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling. I believe in meeting people where they are—with compassion, honesty, and a deep respect for their lived experiences. My approach to therapy is eclectic and strength-based, pulling from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused modalities. At the heart of my work is the belief that you are the expert of your story—I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, tools, and perspective as you navigate life’s challenges.
I work most closely with teens, adults, and couples, and I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals in their journey toward self-understanding and authenticity. Whether you’re facing anxiety, navigating identity, working through trauma, or seeking deeper connection in your relationships, I strive to create a safe, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome. My style is warm, laid-back, and collaborative. Therapy with me isn’t about judgment—it’s about curiosity, growth, and real conversations that matter.
