As a Licensed Social Worker, I specialize in working with children (ages 7+), teens, and young adults, and I am committed to providing an affirming, LGBTQ+ friendly space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. I have extensive experience supporting youth in a variety of settings and am passionate about helping young people navigate the challenges of growing up and transitioning into adulthood.
I use an eclectic, individualized approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and eating disorders. I have a particular focus on using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in OCD treatment. Drawing from training in motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care, I take a compassionate, client-centered approach. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard and supported. My goal is to create a collaborative and welcoming environment where we can build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work together toward meaningful change.
