I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois, specializing in clinical mental health. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, grounded in a variety of evidenced based modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and DBT. I incorporate both directive and non-directive play therapy, art-based interventions, and experiential activities to create engaging, developmentally appropriate sessions for children, adolescents, and young adults.
Trained in AUTplay Therapy, I work from a neurodivergent-affirming lens and support clients with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to provide a safe, welcoming space where clients can build practical coping skills, insight, and confidence both inside and outside of session.
