Kimberly Kendall

I am a licensed professional counselor with a Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Many therapeutic modalities, such as talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-centered therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed practice, and play therapy, are available to support clients on their healing paths. I draw from a combination of these techniques uniquely combined and applied according to each client’s needs.

I welcome the opportunity to work with people managing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, autism, grief, boundary setting, and the challenges that come from being a part of the LGBTQ+ community. I am also Gottman trained to support all couples/dyads in managing their conflicts and journeys together. I believe strongly that creating safe spaces and connections are key to healing, and I work with dedication to provide that for my clients and tailor interventions to their therapeutic goals.

Kimberly practices at our Champaign location.
