I am a licensed clinical professional counselor. I completed my graduate degree at Eastern Illinois University in 2013 and have been practicing therapy for over 10 years. While I am able to treat all populations, I have specialized training in working with children via play therapy.
I have extensive experience treating ADHD in both adults and children, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, PTSD, and attachment disorders. I have also been trained in Client-centered therapy, Theraplay, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and trauma focused CBT. I am always happy to adapt my approach to the needs of my clients.
