I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’ve been working in the mental health field in various capacities since 2016, with adolescents, adults and families. I have experience in working with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, addictions, stress, trauma, grief, bipolar disorders, and adjustments.
My approach is centered around the individual and their needs. I draw from strategies and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Practices and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that there are times in life when extra support can benefit someone in achieving their fullest potential.
