I am a Licensed Social Worker and earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) with a concentration in Mental Health and Trauma from the University of Denver. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, gaining extensive experience in supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, and life transitions.
As an autistic therapist, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to my work, specializing in neurodiversity-affirming care. I am passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals, minority communities, veterans, and people with disabilities. I understand that reaching out for therapy can be daunting, but I want you to know you are truly welcome just as you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, helping clients navigate challenges with compassion and self-acceptance.
