I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. I work collaboratively with clients to understand what matters most to them, identify what may be getting in the way, and find practical ways to move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life. My approach combines warmth and validation with thoughtful questions and gentle challenges, guided by each client’s values and goals.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, social anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD, and have experience supporting transgender and nonbinary clients. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), incorporating strategies from CBT, DBT, person-centered, and mindfulness-based approaches.
My goal is to create a space where you can be fully yourself while developing greater self-understanding, confidence, and the tools to navigate life’s challenges. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
