I believe healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and connected. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and develop tools to improve their quality of life. I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach, recognizing the connection between the mind and body and how past experiences shape the way we feel and navigate the world. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients through trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, and life transitions.
I have experience in both residential youth counseling and community mental health. I am trained in EMDR, somatic therapy, and polyvagal-informed approaches, integrating these with evidence-based practices, including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness. My approach is tailored to each individual, honoring their unique experiences and needs while helping them build self-awareness, reconnect with themselves, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
